How does GymProof validate a session?

You must start and finish the session inside the same saved gym. During the session, GymProof checks that at least 80% of your location evidence stays inside that gym.

What happens if I leave the gym during a session?

The session stays open, but your evidence coverage drops. If you finish outside the gym or spend too much time away, the session will not count as completed.

Does GymProof distinguish between multiple gyms?

Yes. If you save more than one gym, the app identifies which one you are in and locks a session to the gym where you started it.

How do reminders work?

You can receive a reminder when you arrive at the gym, plus scheduled goal reminders at a time you choose. Weekly goals can also target specific days.

Does my progress sync between devices?

Yes, for authenticated accounts. Gyms, goals, sessions, and core progression data sync in the background when your device reconnects.
